Process Engineer – Extraction plant
ลักษณะงาน
Key Responsibilities :
1. Manage,
control and execute the day-to-day production process troubleshooting and
debottlenecking for Extraction plant area by working closely with production –
extraction team. Forecast and identify the sources of problems and proactively
take preventive measures to avoid potential risks and determine responsive
actions to mitigate negative impacts.
2. Monitor,
analyze, study and provide the guideline for the operating condition such as
process parameter, product recipe and etc. in order to ensure the highest
quality of finished product.
3. In
collaboration with the key stakeholders; Production and Engineering &
maintenance to monitor and provide the equipment, machine & unit
operation’s operating conditions in order to ensure the highest production
capacity, efficiency and highest overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) which
related to Operation ‘s KPIs.
4. Identify,
communicate, and drive implementation of capital investment, revamping,
improvement projects and etc. Be the focal point for the new project execution
by acting as the dedicated Project manager
or discipline engineer to the project taskforce.
5. Working closely with the Production and
Digital Manufacturing & Automation team for the new Digital manufacturing
tools/platform and smart automation system development and implementation
6. Drive,
implement, and enforce all continuous improvement (CI) methodologies, including
Lean, Six-sigma, Kaizen, FMEA,
DMAIC, TQM, TPM, AM and etc. those support the increase of plant efficiency productivity,
product quality, OEE, improvement of EHS, OTIF and Operation’s KPIs.
คุณสมบัติ
Qualification :
1. Bachelor degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Chemical Technology, Industrial Chemistry, Petrochemical, Chemistry or any related Chemical Engineering discipline.
2. Minimum 5 Years experience related to Manufacturing operation, Production, Chemical process engineering and Plant and Process design.
3. In-depth knowledge of Chemical Manufacturing Process, Chemical Process Technologies, Chemistry and Digital tools/platform for Manufacturing operation
4. Experience in Project management, budgetary and resource planning.
5. Fluent in English for verbal, written and understanding.
