Position : Process Improvement Engineer
Job Profile :
As the Process Improvement Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the highest capability, operability and efficiency for overall Silo and warehouse area which is needed to align with the company’s ESG policy by focusing on processes improvement, continuous improvement and striving for the excellence of operation.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Manage, control and execute the day-to-day troubleshooting and debottlenecking for all Silo and Warehouse area by working closely with Logistics and production team. Forecast and identify the sources of problems and proactively take preventive measures to avoid potential risks and determine responsive actions to mitigate negative impacts.
2. Monitor, analyze and working closely with Logistics team, mainly are the raw material, production and product planning to embark and foster the continuous improvement (CI) for the standardization, work flow processes, and etc. in order to ensure the highest resources capability and efficiency
3. In collaboration with the key stakeholders; Logistics and Engineering & maintenance to monitor and provide the equipment, machine & unit operation’s operating conditions in order to ensure the highest production capacity, efficiency and highest overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
4. Identify, communicate, and drive implementation of capital investment, revamping, improvement projects and etc. Be the focal point for the new project execution by acting as the dedicated Project manager or discipline engineer to the project taskforce.
5. Working closely with the Logistics and Digital Manufacturing team for the new Digital manufacturing tools/platform development and implementation
6. Drive, implement, and enforce all improvement methodologies, including (but not limit to) Lean, Six-sigma, Kaizen, VSM, Kanban, FMEA, DMAIC, TQM, TPM, 8D, etc. those support the increase of productivity, quality, OEE, costs reduction, improvement of EHS, OTIF Rate and KPIs.

- Bachelor degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Supply chain &Logistics Management, Mechanical Engineering, or any related Engineering discipline
- Minimum 3-5 Years experience related to Warehouse and Logistics operation, Manufacturing Operation and Continuous Improvement
- Knowledgeable of Warehouse and Logistics Management, conveying equipment/machine, bulk materials handling and Digital tools/platform for Warehouse and Logistics operation
- Experience in Project management, budgetary and resource planning.
- Fluent in English for verbal, written and understanding.
