TVO held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2021

          Thai Vegetable Oil Public Company Limited (TVO) held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to announce the Company's performance for the year 2020 on Friday, April 23, 2021, with total revenue of 25,046.43 million baht and net profit of 1,655.80 million baht, the meeting resolved to pay dividends for the year 2020 to shareholders at the rate of 1.70 baht per share

         However, TVO has already paid the interim dividend of 2020 at the rate of 0.90 baht per share and would pay the remaining dividend of 0.80 baht per share on May 14, 2021. The Company continued to comply with Covid-19 outbreak prevention measures announced by the Department of Disease Control, Ministry of Public Health strictly.
