Announcement of the 2023 Interim Dividend Payment
11 August 2023The meeting of the Board of Directors of Thai Vegetable Oil Public Company Limited on August 11, 2023. The meeting approved the 2023 interim dividend payment of Baht 0.16 (Sixteen Satang) per share which was determined from operating result of the first half period of the year ended June 30, 2023. The dividend payment will be paid from the Company’s profit which was subject to 20% corporate tax. In this regard, the record date to determine the Shareholder’s names who will have the right to receive the dividend payment will be on August 28, 2023. The interim dividend payment will be paid on September 8, 2023.
