TVO appointed “Mr. Pachai Chanpitaksa” as a new CEO.

The Board of Directors of Thai Vegetable Oil Public Company Limited or TVO has resolved to appoint Mr. Pachai Chanpitaksa as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective August 1st, 2022 onwards.

Mr. Pachai Chanpitaksa is a young executives with extensive experience in the business of manufacturing and distributing soybean oil and animal feed ingredients since 2009, from upstream to downstream as of the raw materials import, the production process to the product distribution. In the past year, Mr. Pachai was appointed as the Managing Director (MD) to be responsible for leading the overall management of the company’s strategy, marketing and operations before being entrusted to appoint as the new CEO.

TVO’s roadmap will be implemented from now on is integration the ESG (Environmental Social and Governance) issues into all production processes to make sustainable development blend into the corporate culture and aims to be an organization that contributes to Net Zero Greenhouse Gas Emissions by 2050 through the important initiatives such as the environmental projects that focus on the most efficient use of resources including energy, electricity and water, reducing the amount of greenhouse gas emissions from corporate operations, together with the renovate project of the TVO1 factory with an investment budget of 1,700 million baht to enhance production efficiency with modern technology and replace old machines with production capacity of 1,500 tons per day, it is
expected to provide more competitive advantages in the future. In addition, TVO continues to create shared values through the project to promote job creation for the communities surrounding the factory to support self-reliance communities and sustainable coexistence between the community and the organization.

TVO's business direction will continue to conduct business with good corporate governance and risk management that is ready to deal with the rapid changes in economic and social conditions coupled with maintaining continued earnings growth as well as a commitment to drive ESG-related operations in economic, social and environmental dimensions to come out more concrete as the
Board of Directors has set the policy that TVO will be a stable leading companyin vegetable oil and animal feed ingredients business
