TVO held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2022

Thai Vegetable Oil Public Company Limited (TVO) held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders via electronic media (E-AGM)        to announce the Company's performance for the year 2021 on Friday, April 22, 2022, with total revenue of 31,800 million baht and      net profit of 2,068 million baht, the meeting resolved to pay dividends for the year 2021 to shareholders at the rate of 2.22 baht per
share.

However, TVO has already paid the interim dividend of 2021 at the rate of 1.30 baht per share and would pay the remaining dividend of 0.90 baht per share on May 13, 2022.
