Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2019

Thai Vegetable Oil Public Company Limited or TVO held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2019 to announce the company\'s performance for the year 2018 on Monday 29 April 2019, with total revenue of 25,326 million baht and net profit of 1,867 million baht, the meeting resolved to pay dividends for the year 2018 to shareholders at the rate of 1.90 baht per share

However, TVO has already paid the interim dividend of 2018 at the rate of 1.10 baht per share and would pay the remaining dividend of 0.80 baht per share on May 17, 2019.
