TVO Maintains 5-Star “Excellent” CGR Rating for Eighth Consecutive Year, Ranking in the Top Quartile in Two Categories

Thai Vegetable Oil Public Company Limited (TVO) has received a 5-Star “Excellent” rating in the Corporate Governance Report of Thai Listed Companies (CGR) 2026, marking the eighth consecutive year the Company has achieved this distinction. The assessment is conducted by the Thai Institute of Directors Association (Thai IOD), with support from the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET).

In addition, TVO has been ranked in the Top Quartile in both its market capitalization group and the Agro & Food Industry group. These achievements reflect the Company’s continued commitment to systematically strengthening its corporate governance practices, conducting business in accordance with good corporate governance principles, and maintaining high standards relative to its peers.
