7 Years of Proud: TVO Achieves 5-Star CGR Rating, ranked in the top quartile for both Market Capitalization and agriculture and food industry

Thai Vegetable Oil Public Company Limited (TVO) has been awarded a “5-Star Rating” (Excellent) for the seventh consecutive year in the Corporate Governance Report of Thai Listed Companies 2025 (CGR 2025), conducted by the Thai Institute of Directors (IOD) with the support of the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

This year, TVO was also ranked in the top quartile among listed companies with a market capitalization between THB 10,001–30,000 million, as well as within the agriculture and food industry group, reaffirming the Company’s leadership and high operational standards in the industry.

This achievement underscores that, for TVO, corporate governance and ESG principles are not merely operational frameworks but core principles of the Company’s long-term strategy—consistently implemented and demonstrated through tangible results, as reflected in the continuous trust and confidence from all stakeholders over the years.
