TVO Achieves Excellent 5-Star CGR Rating
29 October 2024TVO has achieved a 5-star rating in corporate governance for the sixth consecutive year,, ranking among the top quartile of companies in the agriculture and food industry. This distinction was part of the 2024 Corporate Governance Report (CGR) survey of Thai listed companies, conducted by the Thai Institute of Directors Association (IOD) with support from the Stock Exchange of Thailand and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). This recognition reinforces TVO’s commitment to conducting business with transparency and adherence to sound corporate governance principles, thereby fostering strong and sustainable trust among all stakeholders.
